Pay to Read (PTR) – Rules, pay, and other important details…
Pay to Read programs do have a minimum payout which is typically between $20 and $30. Most of the programs that I’ve seen pay by either check or Paypal. If you do choose to work a Pay to Read program, I highly suggest that you sign up for an e-mail account that is dedicated to just these programs as you might get some SPAM and you don’t want that cluttering up your primary e-mail inbox. I suggest using Yahoo. Setup an e-mail account with them and then each time you register for a new pay program, use that e-mail address.
