TIPS & TRICKS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNINGS AND MINIMIZE YOUR TIME Part 2 – Surveys

You will find that after spending a few minutes answering questions that you’re told that you do not qualify for a survey.  Don’t take this personally.  Often times surveys are for very specific demographic such as Hispanic males living in a certain zip code range who currently have T-Mobile as their cellular service.  Don’t try to cheat the system by answering the questions falsely and choosing an answer that you think they’re looking for.  I’ve tried this many times and always seem to guess wrong.  So stick to answering the questions honestly, besides survey companies depend on your honest answer to provide good feedback to their clients.

TIPS & TRICKS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNINGS AND MINIMIZE YOUR TIME Part 1 – Surveys

The trick to maximizing your earnings with online surveys is to complete as many as many as possible.  This is for obvious reasons, the more you complete the more you’ll earn.  Secondly, be sure to access and complete your surveys soon after you’re notified by e-mail that a survey is available.  Why?  Because all surveys will expire at some point, some in just two to three days.  Additionally, each survey has a quota to fill which means that if you don’t get the survey done soon enough, once they have the total number of completed surveys (by other people) then they’ll close that survey.  Survey quotas can range greatly, sometimes as little as fifty and sometimes thousands.

TIPS & TRICKS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNINGS AND MINIMIZE YOUR TIME – Pay to Read Programs

I’m not sure if this is true or not, but I tend to believe based on experience that the more often you read your pay to read e-mails, the more you’ll get.  Some pay to read programs also ask you what categories of interest are of most interest to you.  For programs that do that, try to select categories that you believe will generate the highest number of ads, rather than those that truly interest you.  For example, gardening might interest you, but I’m betting that the number of ads you’ll receive for this interest category will be far less than choosing a category like Multi Level Marketing opportunities.

TIPS & TRICKS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNINGS AND MINIMIZE YOUR TIME Part 6 – What’s a dynamic PTC and why you should stay logged on all day?

The second type, and you can usually make more money with these, are those pay to click programs that add new ads through out the day, or what I like to call dynamic pay to click programs.  I recommend working these type of pay to click programs in the morning.  You’ll see that morning’s ads when you logon, click them, but once done instead of closing that window, keep it open.  If you have the time, come back to it occasionally throughout the day and refresh the “view ads” page to see if you’ve got a new ad.  You usually will notice a few ads pop up randomly here and there.  Often times these ads will pop up and disappear within an hour, so check as frequently as possible.  If you don’t have the availability to do so, no worries as you’ll get about 90% of the ads that will be made available for that day just by clicking once per day.  Another tip is to bookmark not the home page of the program, but the logon page.

TIPS & TRICKS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNINGS AND MINIMIZE YOUR TIME Part 5 – What’s a static PTC?

There are two types of pay to click programs.  The first type are those pay to click programs that have a static number of ads to read each day.  Although the quantity of ads might vary day to day, what you see when you logon is what you’ll get for that day.  So once you’ve worked these type of pay to click programs for the day, then you’re done.  So how do you spot a “static” pay to click program?  Usually you’ll see the same ads day after day.  Additionally, when you first start working a new pay to click program, click your ads that morning and then try checking later on in the day and see if you’ve got any new ads to click.  Static pay to click programs will usually have no new ads available.  You won’t see the next round of ads (the next day’s ads) until either 24 hours from the time you clicked the day before, or until the server time resets, usually at midnight server time.

TIPS & TRICKS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNINGS AND MINIMIZE YOUR TIME Part 4 – Simplicity at its best…logon!

OK, this is a really simple one although one I forget to do occasionally…logon to the pay program before working the program.  Yeah, I know.  Pretty obvious, but you’ll be surprised how often you might forget to do this because of the way a program appears when you first get to it’s webpage.  Now obviously with online surveys you need to logon before getting to the list of available surveys.  And the pay to read programs require a logon.  But pay to click programs will show you a list of advertisements to click on without necessarily showing a logon screen to help reminder you and you can view ads, you’ll just get no credit for it, so why waste your time.  When I do this, it’s one of those DUH! moments.  One way to know you didn’t logon, assuming you’re paying attention, is to look at the timer area of the page.  The timer is what you watch to know when you’ve been credit.   Once the timer times out, it won’t state anything about being credited for that ad, it will just time out.  Did you forget to logon? Wink

TIPS & TRICKS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR EARNINGS AND MINIMIZE YOUR TIME Part 3 – Work your programs daily if you can

Rather than working your programs sporadically throughout the day, I highly recommend setting aside a particular block of time to work them.  Depending on the number of programs you’re working, you shouldn’t need more than a few minutes per program each day.  I also highly suggest, when possible, to work your programs at the same time each day.  This is especially important with PTC’s as their advertisements are updated every 24 hours.  Additionally, most PTC’s will not pay you for referral clicks from that day, or in some cases the following day, if you do not click on any one particular day.  So if you’ve got a decent sized referral base, you’re really going to want to insure you’re logging on daily.
